EXPANSETM PLATFORM
ExpansE™, a distributed architecture access control panel, is designed to provide medium-scale to large-scale applications
with a solution that is both powerful and economical. The main controller is physically separated from the secondary
units that manage the door elements – readers, locks, Request-to-Exit (REX) buttons, switches, and other I/Os. ExpansE’s
built-in Web browser and networking capabilities provide faster and easier setup – no software installation and computer
configuration are required. ExpansE’s modern system design is based on the most advanced processing, communication, and
powering technologies. This includes a built-in Web server for native networked and Internet environment, a powerful ARM9
architecture-based processor with a built-in Linux operating system, P2P connection between all networked panels, Flash-
technology-based Web user interface, and 3-Tier networking. ExClouds™ is a reporting and backup option to the ExpansE
platform.
