The WiseNet series of Digital Signal Processor (DSP) chipsets have been developed in house at Samsung Techwin
specifically for use in Samsung network video surveillance cameras. With three WiseNet DSP chipsets and one LiteNet
series to choose from, users are able to pick the set of advanced features and functionality that best matches the
requirement for their application.

The WiseNetIII, the most advanced DSP in the WiseNet series, is equipped with enhanced
functions across all the features that other WiseNet DSPs offer. Providing real time, there will
be no latency or blur in images. Multi-crop streaming enables efficient use of network
bandwidth and P-Iris offers images with better resolution and depth of field.

Network cameras featuring the WiseNetII DSP benefit from 3megapixels, Full HD (1080p)
resolution image output. The WiseNetII includes technologies such as smart codec, remote
focus control and HD Wide Dynamic Range (WDR).

Network cameras featuring the WiseNet DSP are able to display images at 1.3megapixel
and HD (720p) resolutions. Available in a broad range of camera styles, including pan / tilt /
zoom models, the WiseNet DSP brings the benefits of Intelligent Video Analytics to your
applications.

WiseNetS network cameras offer a cost effective solution for small to medium sized
applications, such as retail outlets and schools. Supporting VGA resolution image capture,
they contain all the features needed to create a professional network video solution.
WiseNetS is also a high value proposition, incorporating advanced features such as face
detection, video analytics and edge storage.

Not a DSP, but selected Samsung network cameras of LiteNet series have been designed
with small to medium size installations in mind. Allied to sleek designs these 1.3MP and 3MP
resolution cameras offer cutting edge technologies include multiple streaming capability, 30
images per second performance at 1.3MP and 1080p respectively, video tamper
functionality and progressive scan which all contribute to produce clear images.
